Open Road provides mobile caravan, motorhome and trailer servicing, repairs and valeting. For the personal information described on this page, Open Road is the data controller.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, vehicle type, preferred date, contact preference and the details you provide about the work. If you contact us directly, we may also retain the content of that correspondence.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether a mobile visit is suitable, plan routes, provide quotations or appointment information, carry out agreed work and maintain appropriate business records. The usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service.

We do not sell your personal information. Details may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email or business administration, where necessary and subject to appropriate protections. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service, legal, tax and record-keeping purposes.

The hosting platform may process limited technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for security, reliability and troubleshooting. This website does not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
